Airplane Rental
We are an airplane rental company. Our plane is N64PD. It is a Cessna C172N Skyhawk with a 180HP upgrade. We rent to certified current pilots after they get a check ride by our CFII. The rate is $150 per hour wet and is based on Hobbs time.
Avionics
N64PD has a Garmin 430 Waas Nav Com N64PD has Garmin SL-30 radio/VOR with glideslope. . The transponder is a Garmin GTX345. N64PD is fully ADS-B in/out compliant. Traffic shows on the 430W. It has a Garmin 340 com panel.
Flight Training with Marine Flyer LLC *
Pat Arnott is a Certified Flight Instructor (CFII) and does flight training through her company Marine Flyer LLC. If this is what you are looking for, call or text her at (518) 878-7341. She has been a pilot for 21 years and a CFI for 14 years.
FAA minimum requirements are 40 hours of flight time including 20 hours of dual instruction CFI time and 10 hours of solo. Skill development varies widely with the national average time for students is 72 hours.

- She will give you a check-ride and check your currency.
- Pat will explain check-in and check-out of the airplane and payment procedures.
- She will then go over the rental agreement with you and have you sign it
